Welcome to PetHelp!
Getting started with PetHelp is incredibly simple. In this tutorial, we'll walk you through creating your first pet profile and importing your favorite photos.
Step 1: Open the App and Add Your Pet
After signing up, tap the "Add Pet" button on your dashboard. You'll be asked to provide some basic information:
- Pet's name
- Species (dog, cat, horse, rabbit, etc.)
- Breed (optional)
- Date of birth or approximate age
- Gender
Step 2: Import Your Photos
Tap "Import Photos" and select images from your camera roll. Our smart technology automatically detects your pets and organizes them into a beautiful timeline.
Free users can upload up to 100 photos per pet. Premium users get unlimited photo storage.
Step 3: Set Up Your Care Schedule
Based on your pet's species and age, PetHelp will suggest a care schedule including:
- Feeding times
- Exercise routines
- Grooming reminders
- Medication schedules (if applicable)
- Vet appointment reminders
You can customize any of these or add your own tasks. Everything is flexible to match your routine.
Step 4: Complete Your First Task
Head to your Task Inbox and swipe to complete your first task. Watch your care streak begin! The longer you maintain your streak, the more rewards you'll unlock.
