Your Pet's Personal Assistant
The Smart Care Calendar is the heart of PetHelp. It learns your routine, sends gentle reminders, and even auto-adjusts when life gets busy. Here's how to make the most of it.
Setting Up Recurring Tasks
Create recurring tasks for anything that happens regularly:
- Daily feeding times (breakfast, dinner, etc.)
- Medication schedules
- Exercise and walk times
- Weekly grooming sessions
- Monthly flea and tick prevention
Tap the "+" button in the calendar view, choose your task type, set the frequency, and you're done. The calendar handles the rest.
Smart Auto-Adjust (Premium)
Premium users benefit from our intelligent auto-adjust feature. Missed a medication dose? The calendar automatically reschedules it for the next available time based on your pet's routine and medical requirements.
This is especially helpful for medications that need specific spacing between doses or must be taken with meals.
Vet Appointments and One-Time Events
Add one-time events like vet appointments, vaccination reminders, or grooming appointments. The app will send you notifications before the appointment and add it to your shared calendar if you have Family Collaboration enabled.
Calendar Views
Switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views to see the big picture or focus on today's tasks. The daily view shows up in your Task Inbox for quick completion.
Tips for Success
- Be realistic with timing—don't over-schedule
- Use notifications wisely—enable for critical tasks only
- Review and adjust weekly as your routine changes
- Add notes to tasks for important details (e.g., "give with food")
